At Wild Basin Fitness Westlake personal training is our specialty! Our staff comes from a variety of backgrounds which allows us to provide you with a trainer who can fine-tune your program to meet your particular needs. Whether you are looking to improve your overall health, rehabilitating an injury, or training for a local race; we have a trainer for you. Our personal trainers incorporate many types of exercise into their workouts to keep you focused and interested in your program, all the while proving that exercise can be fun and exciting too!
Group Training:
Group training offers our clients all the benefits of personal training coupled with the social aspects of working out with your friends at a price you can afford. The program provides training in all aspects of fitness and we customize each workout to fit the specific needs and goals of each individual group member.
Golf: Titleist Performance Institute Instructor Ryan Crysler
At Wild Basin Fitness we know your golf is a game of quiet frustration. We can end your frustration through a series of advanced instruction that challenges everything you know about yourself and your game. After all, don't you want to play and feel better? Golf instructor, Ryan Crysler, will help you reach a level of golf proficiency and fitness that you didn't think you could achieve while making you look and feel the best you ever have. We will challenge and assess your golf skills, swing, equipment and fitness.
Car Wash and DetailWild Basin is happy to have a new service available to its members and guests. Car detailing will be offered every Friday from 8:00am-2:00pm by Cole's Detail.
Packages are as follows:
#1 Full Service Wash-$40- Interior includes vacuum, windows, doors, dash, console, etc. Exterior includes wash, wheels, armor all tires, window, etc.
#2 Combo-$80- Full service wash plus 1 of the following;
Wax (full carnuba, teflon fortified) or leather seat treatment (cleaning and conditioning)
