Born and raised in Nipomo, California, Michelle Jost is a tri-sport athlete competing in soccer, volleyball and track & field.  She Graduated from Cal State Northridge in 2011 with a degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis on athletic training.  She began working with private clients while in college. Michelle moved to Austin, Texas in summer of 2011 and became a trainer at 24 Hour Fitness.  After 2 years she moved into personal private training before joining Wild Basin Fitness in the spring of 2012.  Michelle specializes in functional high intensity training, injury rehabilitation, weight loss, weight gain and sport specific training.

- Certified as a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES)
- Certified as a Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES)

Michelle plays beach volleyball and enjoys traveling, reading and relaxing with friends and family.

As a trainer my goal for my clients is to teach them that health and fitness is a lifestyle choice. It is a lifetime commitment to become healthy and stay healthy. I will give them the proper tools and motivation to coach them through their journey.
