Dianne has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years starting out as a group fitness instructor in Napa, California. She grew up in an athletic family and started dancing and playing sports at a very young age. Dianne was a multi-sport athlete and star sprinter in high school, then went on to study business at Idaho State University where she met her future husband Marc. Dianne and her family love to stay active by participating in many sporting activities, traveling, and going to many sporting events here in Austin. (GO HORNS!) Dianne now specializes in small group women training sessions incorporating cardiovascular conditioning, strength training and nutrition advice specific for women. Her philosophy on training groups is to eliminate the intimidation that is common for most women in a health club environment by creating a fun, informative and supportive training program. She uses a variety of exercise techniques to keep it fun and challenging for all levels of fitness. Dianne hopes that she can influence and motivate those she trains to make physical fitness and healthy eating habits an everyday lifestyle choice so they can live a healthier and happier life.
